Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vanesco. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 10–20 days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@vanesco.co and we'll look into it.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at support@vanesco.co and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
